We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention statements, as well as our state and local agencies regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), and following recommended cleaning and social distancing guidelines and protocols
Our Commitment to Cleanliness
We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and staff remains at the forefront of our operations. Our health and safety measures include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications, to guest room and common area cleaning procedures.
All guests are required to wear face masks while staying on property and will be provided one at check-in, if needed. We ask that anyone who feels unwell or has been in recent contact with someone with COVID-19 postpone their travel for the safety of other guests and our team members.

Guest Rooms
Your guest room is thoroughly sanitized and inspected prior to your arrival. As an added precaution, each room is disinfected a second time by a manager before arrival. Your Room is Your Room. No hotel personnel will enter during your stay without your permission.
Front Desk
Guests checking in and checking out will be required to observe recommended distancing protocols between other guests, as well as with resort staff. There will be frequent cleaning and disinfecting, with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as front desk check-in counters, RFID room keyless entry bracelets and public access doors. Face shields have been added to the front desk to create another layer of distance between staff and guest. All staff are required to wear masks and gloves at all times. Extra sanitizing stations have been added in public areas of the hotel as well.
Pool Area
All furniture and hard surfaces in this area will be wiped regularly using EPA-approved cleaning products after each guest departs.
